Program Overview

TA's Professional Member Program is designed to increase the profits of program participants who are independent telecom & technology sales professionals. The program works by "co-opting"  the marketing resources of program participants to affordably penetrate new business end-user and lead partner audiences. Only a limited number of members are accepted for each MSA ("metropolitan statistical area") or national market vertical in order to maximize program effectiveness for program participants.

Program Benefits

1. WARM LEADS - The program creates a marketing co-op that advertises TA Professional Members to over 40,000 (and growing) end-user business prospects, IT VARs, phone equipment dealers and other business lead sources via opt-in email newsletters. Current publications for this co-op marketing include Telp.BizWANHUB.comMSPTEL.com, Telecom Reseller newspaper and related publications. TA partners with various organizations to secure permission to send email newsletters to their opt-in subscriber bases. The newsletters solicit recipients to download reports like "How to Buy MPLS Circuits". The report download form requires that report recipients share their contact information. The contact information becomes the warm lead for the TA professional member participant.

2. CONFIDENTIAL MARKETING REPORTS - The program provides you with "professional members only" weekly sales and marketing intelligence reports designed to keep you one step ahead of your closest competitors. TA's "Four Big 2010 Predictions (and How To Profit From Them)" is the first report. The 2010 scheduled reports and webinars for TA Professional Members only can be viewed at www.TAteach.com

3. KEY LISTING IN www.TELP.Biz - The Telp.Biz site is secondary way of generating leads for program participants. (The primary way of generating program leads is through the email newsletter marketing to the subscriber bases we're partnering with. ) In addition to soliciting prospects to "click here" to download a specific buyers guide or report, all co-op marketing content directed at prospects will encourage them to visit Telp.Biz as the "best place on the planet" to get referred to an accredited TA Professional Member that can help them design and order the correct telecom or technology solution. Each MSA ("metropolitan statistical area") or national market vertical category listing at Telp.Biz will be limited to maximize the listing benefit to program participants.

4. ACCREDITED MEMBER BADGE - To distinguish program participants and provide confidence in business end-users, program participants that accept the requirements listed at www.TAmember.com become TA Accredited Members and can download and display the TA Member 2010 Accredited seal on their marketing materials.

Program Terms

1. Listing Precedence - Each MSA ("metropolitan statistical area") or national market vertical category will have a limited number of participants. The listing precedence of program participants (who has the "highest ad") in each category will be determined by program participation longevity. The first program participant will get the top space and will keep that space so long as they continue with the program. If a program participant goes unpaid for more than 30 days then their listing will be removed and they will "go back to the bottom" if they want to rejoin the program later. All current categories and listings can be viewed at www.Telp.Biz. Members can only be listed in categories that they are qualified to be listed in.

2. Term, Payment & Pricing -  The program participation term is one year (365 consecutive days), commences on the date the program payment form is received by TA and automatically renews for an additional year if not cancelled in writing 30 days prior to the renewal. Payment is by automatic credit card only. Standard pricing is $95 per calendar month (first month pro-rated) with a one-time $95 setup fee. All program participants pay the same rate. The monthly rate includes listing in 5 categories. Additional categories are $20 per month per category. Volume pricing is available. Discounts are not given in the event that member does not need all 5 listings. Listings are not transferrable. Listings are only accepted in categories where TA believes member is qualified. In the event that TA changes the pricing, program participants have the option of terminating their participation in the program without penalty.

3. Lead Distribution - Each category listed member will get online access to each lead form to view new leads whenever they like.

4. Content Access - Participating members will get protected online access to all "members only" content after their program payment is received and accepted by TA.

5. Program Changes - This program is co-operative by nature and exists only through participant patronage. It is designed to serve the needs of the individual members and all the members at the same time. Any member may request any program change or upgrade by contacting TA. If TA believes the requested change benefits a majority of program participants without harming the value of the overall program then TA may accept the change request. TA reserves for itself the final decision making authority for all program change requests.

6. Cancellation - In the event that the participating member does not feel they are "getting their money's worth" from this program or they need to cancel for some other reason the member may email a 30-day notice of cancellation to TA stating the reasons they wish to cancel.  TA then has 30-days to correct program challenges or to notify member via email that their membership is cancelled without penalty.  TA is under no obligation to accept cancellation requests prior to the end of a term. In the event that TA needs to terminate a member's participation in the program due to member's failure to meet the terms of accreditation listed at www.TAmember.com, TA will provide 30-days email notification of member program termination to give the member time to correct problems. TA reserves for itself final decision authority for member termination due to failure to meet terms of accreditation. Any member may cancel anytime without penalty if they are informed via email by TA of a program price change and they elect not to accept the price change.
