1. Purpose. The purpose of TA's professional member program, owned and managed by Telecom Association, Inc., a California corporation hereinafter called "TA", at 31500 Grape Street #3-307 Lake Elsinore, California 92532 is to:

     A. Establish "accredited" criteria and provide warm leads and educational content to professional members,
     B. Promote professional members to audiences of business end users and lead partners, and
     C. Fund TA's ability to to administer and grow the professional member program.

In addition to the terms on this page, this agreement incorporates the terms outlined on the program overview. Changes to the agreement since 1/7/10 are noted in the "Changes" section below.

2. Fees & Term. The program participation term is one year (365 consecutive days), commences on the date the program payment form is received by TA and automatically renews for an additional year if not cancelled in writing 30 days prior to the renewal. Payment is by automatic credit card only. Standard pricing is $95 per calendar month (first month pro-rated) with a one-time $95 setup fee. All program participants pay the same rate. The monthly rate includes listing in 5 categories. Additional categories are $20 per month per category. Volume pricing is available. Discounts are not given in the event that member does not need all 5 listings. Listings are not transferrable. Listings are only accepted in categories where TA believes member is qualified. In the event that TA changes the pricing, program participants have the option of terminating their participation in the program without penalty. TA provides no refunds for unused or cancelled memberships.

3. Professional Member Benefits. The following summarized benefits are provided to professional members. Detailed benefits can be viewed at the program overview.

     A. The right to display the TA "accredited member badges" downloadable at www.TAmember.com/art ,
     B. The right to be listed in categories at www.Telp.Biz ,
     C. The right to listen and watch TA webinars for professional members only,
     D. The right to access online leads, and
     E. Other benefits TA provides for professional members only.

4. Accredited Member Requirements & Termination.  Professional members are also "Accredited" members and must adhere to the requirements and code of conduct published at www.TAmember.com, and:

     A. List at least two customer and two vendor recommendations not more than 12 months old on member's LinkedIn page,
     B. List ten hours of professional education not more than 12 months old on member's LinkedIn page,
     C. Communicate with TA if a written complaint is registered against member through TA,
     D. Provide written documentation of membership compliance if requested to do so by TA,
     E. Remove accredited member badges, links and references within 30 days if TA terminates members accreditation.

5. Directory Listing Placement and Order. TA reserves for itself the exclusive and final decision for any directory listing placement and order. In general, each MSA ("metropolitan statistical area") or national market vertical category will have a limited number of participants. The listing precedence of program participants (who has the "highest ad") in each category will be determined by program participation longevity. The first program participant will get the top space and will keep that space so long as they continue with the program. If a program participant goes unpaid for more than 30 days then their listing will be removed and they will "go back to the bottom" if they want to rejoin the program later. All current categories and listings can be viewed at www.Telp.Biz. Members can only be listed in categories that they are qualified to be listed in. 

6. Hold TA Harmless.  TA attempts to provide members with the best value possible. Member agrees to hold TA harmless of any losses it may incur due to the use of any TA member benefit or TA omission or misprint of information about member. Member additionally agrees to hold TA harmless in any actions or losses resulting from member's use of TA member benefits. 

7. Program Changes. The following changes have been made to the program agreement since 1/7/10. Participating members are notified about program changes via email. If participating members do not agree with MAJOR program changes like price changes, listing precedence or lead distribution, etc. then member may cancel without penalty by emailing a 30-day notice of intent to cancel.

8. Understanding and Acceptance of Agreement. By paying any fees, member acknowledges understanding and acceptance of TA's current professioanl member program agreement.
