Confirm Membership To confirm that a
solution provider you are working with or considering is a
Telecom Association member in good standing and to review information about
why the member is qualified to be a solution provider, simply type the
following into the address bar of your web browser to view the TA member's
profile:

About

Founded in 1995, Telecom Association or "TA" is a membership organization
of 2,400+ independent telecom and technology solution and service
providers. TA members consult with small- and medium-sized business owners
and managers to help them:
- Identify which telecom and technology services a business currently
uses
- Understand which telecom and technology solutions or services are
best suited for their business
- Sort through the multitude of vendors offering specific telecom and
technology solutions and services
- Select and help install the solution or service that best meets the
client's business needs
To be listed as a TA member "in good standing", a TA member must:
- Submit a complimentary TA membership application and accept the TA
member "Code of Conduct"
- Respond to inquires from Telecom Association regarding client
requests, concerns or complaints
- Maintain a professional membership profile with current contact
information
- Not have unresolved issues with clients or suppliers that have not
been properly addressed

Code of Conduct Telecom Association
members shall:
- Learn what is necessary about a client's situation before making a
recommendation
- Recommend only those solutions or services that are in a client's
best interest
- Disclose if member compensation is affected by a client's decision
- Proactively and regularly participate in professional industry
educational opportunities
- Not spread uncomplimentary hearsay about competing solution
providers or service vendors
- Respond professionally to inquiries from prospects, clients and
other client solution partners
- Do nothing that brings disrespect to the member or
Telecom Association
- Immediately make amends if any part of this TA member code of
conduct is violated

required by this member code of conduct or to alert Telecom Association
about a member possibly operating outside this code of conduct, please
